Han Solo yourself with Kinect
Kinect has seen a lot of hacks but this might be the most Star Wars geektastic one yet. This latest Kinect experiment allows you to freeze yourself in virtual carbonite just like Han Solo in "The Empire Strikes Back." And you even get an image you can print out using a 3D printer for a keepsake.
It’s hard to believe that with the PlayStation Move, Kinect, and Nintendo Wii that we still don’t have a decent motion control lightsaber game but this little hack might just satify another Star Wars childhood fantasy. Who wouldn’t want a carbonite version of themselves on their desk? Or a life size one on their wall for that matter.
