Battlefield vs. Call of Duty war gets graphic

Today is the day. The new "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" game has launched and is now, officially, letting its bullets fly at the new "Battlefield 3" game.

But when did this war of the war-torn first-person shooters get its start and how has it come to this?

The folks at Visual.ly have created an infographic for all of you COD/Battlefield wonks who want to see a side-by-side comparison of the competing game launches complete with the relevant sales numbers and critic ratings for each game.
